Recently I discovered the delight of having Over Night Oats. And it’s opened up a new avenue of options for me. Over Night Oats are a great way to eat healthy but take it on the go with you. The base recipe is customizable and so is what you put into the oats. Here is currently my base recipe and my favorite option to make. Enjoy!

- Over Night Oats:
- Ingredients:
- 1/2 Cup of Steel Cut Oats
- 3/4 Cup of Milk (any milk you prefer)
- 1 Tsp Chia Seeds (Optional)
- 1 Banana sliced
- 1-2 Tbsp Peanut butter, I use creamy but any variety that you like
- Jar or container with a tight lid
- Ingredients:
- Directions:
- The night before, you will add the oats, chia seeds, milk and the toppings you like, for me I use banana and peanut butter, into the jar/container.
- Layer the ingredients as you like, and pour the milk in last.
- Seal the jar and put into the refrigerator overnight.
- In the morning, when ready to eat, you simply mix the contents with your spoon and enjoy.
